There were two cans on the other side of the street from AA Signs near the corner of Zuni and Monroe. There are not a lot of houses there, an both appeared to be full but knocked over. (this was around 8:30 am today).
Very weird. Things on Washington St look normal. Yes, I think you should call the police.
the city will replace your can for you once for free but before they do so they will give you the serial # for your can and request that you go around the neighborhood looking for your various cans to see if you can find the original.
