Profile Information

Where I Live:
New Mexico, Arizona, Lousiana
About Me:
I am a 50 year old New Mexico native. I attended UNM (BA "96 American Studies), the U of AZ (MA '00 American Indian Studies), and the UA College of Law ('01-03), and have a background specific to health care ethics and public policy. Today I am a self employed researcher and writer dedicated to advocating for the rights of long term hospitalized mentally ill/disabled persons; and I am the author of a blog: PJ Reed "The Arizona State Hospital and Patient Abuse" (blogspot.com).
Favorite Thing(s) About Albuquerque:
Los Griegos, and my many friends there.
What I'm Reading:
Heartsnatcher (Boris Vian 1953); A Book of Luminous Things (Ed. Czezslaw Milosz 1996); Carnival (Isak Dineson 1975 [posthumous]); and anything new or undiscovered (by me) in So. American surrealism.
