About Me:: A silly little San Francisco girl who lived in Phoenix for FIVE YEARS, and relocated to Albuquerque in September 2007. I up and moved myself from my childhood, the streets I knew, and all my friends in the pursuit of graduate school, cheaper living, and life experience. I'm finally tackling that great big mountain called graduate school - and am in my 5th semester at the School of Public Administration at the University of New Mexico. I have been blessed to have kept the good friends from the bay, found a bunch that I thought I lost, and have made so many more on my way.

Professionally, I'm a nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and events specialist. My passion is to find the root of the cause and figure out how to sell it to as many constituencies as possible. Fundraising is fundamentally marketing, and I enjoy turning a mission into a great package for the community to buy into.

Personally, I live and love in the world of Rockabilly, Burlesque, Art, Performance, classic cars, coffee, with a little SCA thrown in there for fun!

Most recently, the wonderful man that has been my best friend for nearly eight years, and been my romantic passion for more than four years now, asked me to be his wife. We spent a day experiencing the south valley's Dia De Los Muertos parade & festival, and he surprised me with a question and a ring. I said yes. Thusly turning this ardent party planner into a bride. The insanity has begun, culminated on our wedding day 10/30/10, followed by a lifetime of hilarity and joy.

I am one happy chubby :)
