Rick, How did your move go? I'm following in your footsteps. Also, FYI, I can't get your website to work. Is it just me? -Bella

Hi Rick,

Yes, please come visit us at the Harwood when you are settled in town. We have a lot of activities, opportunities and resources that may help you settle in here in Albuquerque. We are located downtown at the corner of 7th Street and Mountain Road in a BIG old brick schoolhouse. You can just come on in any day, M-F 9-5. You can visit our website, too, to get an idea of the breadth of stuff we do and how you might engage with us: www.harwoodartcenter.org

We are also a pretty useful resource to connect with other centers/galleries, etc. in town.

Good luck with the move!

Wade

Welcome (in advance) to Albuquerque Rick! Checked out your website and love, love, love your pen & ink work. Are you looking for a more urban atmosphere? - there are quite a few loft-like spaces in downtown - not sure how "cheap" they are as they are mostly new construction.
I do know a couple of great place for studios (work only - not work/live) - www.factoryon5.com or chromastudios.wordpress.com
