I'll ask the neighbor if I see him this weekend, as you know they often shoot nights and I just don't see him all that regularly. but i'll take good notes if I do talk to him. I really don't envision him talking to you on the record, or even giving you time, really. He has been living 20 feet away from me for 3 months or more now and I can count on one hand the amount of times I have had a convo with him. These people are just really isolated and busy, that's all.

But i'll see what I can do.....

What is it you do for a living? Maybe I can refer you to someone. About the grassless yards, its actually encouraged here just to conserve on water, but in most subdivision your allowed to have about 20% grass in your yard, just depends on the covenants. In the summer we have certain times as to when we can and cant water. It's early in the morning and later in the evening. If you guys want feel free to look at my website at www.LTREG.COM you can do a search on there for homes as well and if you have any questions about the homes you see on there feel free to ask.

Wow I saw that you paid 2k for rent in Hawaii? Well if you do decide to move here just know your mortgage or rent is going to be way cheaper then that for a 2 bd home.
Honestly I love it here, our sunsets are like nothing you have seen before. If you and your fiancé are an active couple we have amazing trails down by the Bosque. If your not familiar with what the Bosque is or where it is it is runs parallel with the Rio Grande River Its great for biking and or walking, and the scenery is, in my opinion the best in the summer.
The sandia Mountains are simply beautiful. To me the Sandia Mountains represent a security blanket. Next time you are here take the Tram up to the crest. It does get chilly up there so make sure you both take some sweaters, yes even in the summer.
At night the city views are breath taking. Ever heard that popular country song "The lights of Alb?"
That is the one thing that excited me the most when I lived in PHX AZ, when I would be driving in to ALB I would see the glow from Nine Mile Hill and I would get butterflies in my stomach because I knew I was minutes away from my home town.
As far as the school system here, APS, I'm not to fond of the education system. If your concerned about that we have some great private schools.
Well that's a little about Albuquerque, I hope that info helped. If you have any other questions you can always just ask. Good luck on your move here to Albuquerque, I hope you not only like it but fall in love with our city.

Oh ya BTW: Rio Rancho is a neighboring city and is growing quickly you might also want to research that city and the entire metro area. If you want some more info feel free to send me a message ok.
