"Joe: If you really want this changed, I would suggest contacting city councillors--yours first, and then maybe others. They have the power to change the ordinances and this could be an easy one to get changed. You never know unless you try..."

Looking for opinions on who has the best red chile in Burque?

After devouring a plate of huevos rancheros this morning at Loyola's on Central, I was wondering what the good people of DCF had to say when it comes to the topic of red chile. I have noticed so many levels or styles of red chile right here in our fine city that its hard for me to say personally what is the best.
