I buy two bushels, one for chopped and one for relleños. If you are making relleños, you want the chiles meaty, not over roasted, suited for stuffing. Wagner's chile is excellent, but they always over roast. Sichler's gets the relleño roast right.
My husband and I had a fantastic late lunch at Seasons today. We ordered the special - grilled moonfish over couscous and haricots verts. They had nice wines by the glass as well. I also recommend Marcello's good people watching from the patio.
Are they foodies? Amerasia/Sumo sushi, Shogun, Nob Hill Bar & Grill, Vivace, Farina and La Provence are places my kids like to eat. They are the same ages. Dining at the aquarium is fun, but the food and service aren't the greatest.
