New Mexico’s own James Shields performs Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto in A Major; Philip Mann also conducts Schubert’s Symphony No. 9 “The Great” and Rossini’s Overture to the Barber of Seville. James Shields, a graduate of the Julliard School, is the principal clarinetist for the Canadian Opera Company.
