JMG, so right -- a number of studies have been published over the years done by people who understand that Western water is a matter of competing claims and rights, and that there is no "abundant" water that doesn't already "belong" to others. The...

Love the coffee bar seating! This might be my favorite location of the Flying Star/Satellite brand!

"They," Doug? Are those the people who always stereotype, too?

Muskrat sez: [[The difference between Phoenix and Albuquerque seems to be that your average Arizonan can grasp the concept of moving water from a place of relative abundance to one of relative scarcity.]] I wish you were right, that this would so...

Phoenix has the Colorado River. We do transport quite a bit of water from the Colorado basin, but there is much less available for Albuquerque than Phoenix. Your "easy" solution of moving water is not so simple. The entire western US has water sho...

I'd like to see more of these popular "streets" to have routes, much like the 5. It seems like a good idea to decrease transfers, and run people along popular routes. Maybe up Lomas, left on Wyoming, down Montgomery, for example.

I have that problem too. Did you know that their is a way to reduce the amount of water you're flushing even more? Get an old twelve ounce bottle of some sort. fill it with water and tightly close the lid. Place in an area within your tank in a spot that is able to hold the bottle so it wont tip over. In each flush that is how much water you save.

I'll give my opinion here. I just think its crazy that lawmakers are saying these environmentally unfriendly and irresponsibly managed sinking ships need to be saved. I think this is government intervention that is misdirected. Instead, government support should go towards helping the potentially displaced workers ge… Continue
