I love living in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of all the action where I can walk just about anywhere to anything I need which is exciting and a little scary all at the same time. I work extremely hard during the week fighting this bad Real Estate market and find that most of my friends complain about my lack of free time but still love me anyway. My weekends are really my only time to relax and it's usually spent with a handful of certain people hanging out, eating good food, talking about how business went this week and what our future plans are. My handsome other half and I spend what other little spare time we can find vanishing into the mountains, taking a vacation, or sneaking off to a movie and let me tell ya, it makes coming back to work all worth while. Bottom line is I am extremely happy with the way my world goes 'round these days. I get a little stressed sometimes but it's nothing chocolate can't fix..

Hi, I just wanted to invite you to our Grand Opening on Friday February 6th, I hope you have that night free. From 6-9pm we will have 20+ artists, a fashion show, brew by Tractor Brewing from Los Lunas, and a live DJ all under one roof at 112 Morningside NE, (Formerly Stove Gallery). Hope to see you there!
I actually wrote a letter to the city councilors et al in support of the Gold project. I was really floored by the ridiculous maneuvering being attempted by the "no nice new buildings in our neighborhood" crew. If the land isn't in the historic district, then it's not in the historic district! In my letter I said that I was alarmed by the idea that zoning could move from the pervue of the _surveyor_ and into the realm of whatever can be casually surveyed by anyone from any angle. And what an interesting project it looks like-- rooftop garden? Cool!
