About Me:
My daughter and I live in a loosly organized community exploring the possibilities of sustainability and conscious communication. My Great Grandmother built the house I live in and I am extremely grateful to her for the energy she put in to the land and neighborhood she lived in, I am so honored to be here gardening on her land. I am a Breakthrough Coach. I help creative people get great results in their lives and their relationships. My favorite work is with developing businesses and distressed couples. Anything is possible with better communication skills!
Favorite Thing(s) About Albuquerque:
I love it here. My family has been here for 7 generations. I was born here but didn't grow up here. I have lived in Los Angeles and Seattle and they were both great cities but Albuquerque is the best. I love the weather, I love the lack of pretense in my neighbors. I love the familiarity people have with eachother and I love the sense of possibilities among people that has been emerging since I moved here from LA almost 15 years ago. It really does seem like Albuquerque is growing up. I am so happy for accessable live music. and culture Hillary Smith, Soul Kitchen, Kathy Mc Gill, meat and potatoes, Wagogo, the Earth Day festival at the Co-op, South Valley Pride Day, Dia De Los Muertos etc.....

I wish I knew how to edit my posts. After I submit, I look at the sentences and say "Huh?" I hope you got the gist of my enthusiasm. It was so encouraging to see Dr. Bailey's video and watch her in action. I love this work with children.

Victoria, I went to the Conscious Discipline website. Wow, everything I've been working on and totally parallel to my show. The theme for Maternal Dreamer the first time concluded with giving birth to myself. The second shows foundational thought or theme was about parenting myself...becoming my own parent. Dr. Becky Bailey is awesome. I so love this approach that holds us accountable to loving ourselves to free us to love our children and discipline from that place of love. Thank you sooooooo much for sharing with me.
