Wow, thanks for the offer, Eugene! That might just work. I was at Slate Street Cafe last night and noticed that they had some very simple but nice looking racks that were clearly custom made from some piping (looked like 3" diameter or so). In fa...

Wade, If you can supply the metal and some paint, I can supply the labor and welding needed to build what your looking for. Anybody out there have any scrap iron you would be willing to donate? Eugene

This is for outside - for visitors to lock up their bikes while seeing a show, event, etc. I would love to see pics or designs for your Boston friend's creation. My first thought, as you might imagine, is that stealing a bike from a wooden frame ...

Hey all, I am looking for a used or donated bike rack(s) to have at the Harwood Art Center downtown (7th and Mountain). We desperately need one and I really am unconcerned with the style at this point. We get a lot of visitors by bicycle and begi...

Yes it is. THings are a little bumpy in spots from roots growing underneath the trail, but the entire length is paved. I rode it on a road bike and, while it was a little jittery in spots, it was thoroughly enjoyable.

That section with the trail in a tunnel of trees is especially nice on a hot summer day as all that shade and water nearby lowers the temp both real and perceived. I'll frequently stop at a bench there to have a mid-ride banana and just soak in na...

Hey Wade. Sure sounds like you are someone I should meet. I am a new member of Duke City Fix. I will be moving to Albq. in Feb. 09. I am a muralist, decorative & fine artist. Still trying to figure out where to live, set up a studio/workshop, etc. My budget is real tight, unfortunately. I live in Milwaukee, WI. Can't take the winters anymore. Lot's of other reasons for the move. Ok if I look you up when I arrive? Need to connect with the thriving art scene in Duke City. If you are curious...my website is www.rickcitta.com
Happy Holidays.
