What's your favorite Fall-y dessert?

I recently made an Apple Cobbler from scratch and it. was. delicious. I mostlyfollowed the Kitchen Aid mixer recipe, but added a few more spices and a splashof white wine for that Fall-y flavor. I wish I had pictures (it even looked good!), but Ibroke my camera and have not been able to replace it yet. Anyhoo, I had a fabulous time at the 1st ever Duke City Fix Craftacular show...

Thanks for the avatar shout-out. :-) I remember Tony's thoughts on seeing a pig slaughter - that it is one of the most gruesome things, but definitely worth doing if you want to continue eating meat and feeling like you 'deserve' to.
