How about a very nice roo?
I have a hen, "Lilly", who is being pecked by my very assertive 'Henrietta". She is a 8 mo. old white mix, lays green eggs. I'd love to find her a home. She is a good girl.

I started out with 2 white leghorns, one of them died about a month ago. I also have 2 black langshans and a ri red but they are 6 weeks old and I keep them in a different house from my carmen. So I am not picky about breed, doesnt even have to be...

I don't know where Martineztown is in ABQ. I live out in the Mountains and come into ABQ almost everyday to work, so bringing the hen in is not an issue. How about I meet you on Friday? I will know tomorrow if I am working in the Heights or South Valley. If I am in the Heights, then I'll have you meet me at the Smiths at Tramway and Central around 5:30 or 6 and if I am in the South Valley, I can meet you at the Bio Park when you get off work. Does that work for you?

I have Partridge Cochin Pullets, of which I would be happy to sell you one for $15. I got these ladies the first of March, so yours will be as big as she's going to get. Because Cochins are so large they mature slowly, so she won't be laying for a while yet.
As far as bringing her into town (I live in the Sandias), it is so hot that I don't want to haul a bird with me to work. How about we meet on Sat? I have to take some babies down to the South Valley to a friend of mine, so perhaps we could meet.
