"Paula I really enjoyed being at your house last weekend. Love the house, the stories about parenthood, the room full of records........it was just amazing.
The Alibi needs to do a story complete with photographs of your dads record collection.

I'm teaching the mindful yoga programs at my duvalmeditation Studio at 925 Lomas Nw between 8th and 11th. I don't do the daily yoga sessions anymore due to my teaching schedule. Hope that helps and I hope you find what you're looking for!
Hi Dolores, and yes, I do still have my yoga and meditation studio. What I have currently open is a Mindful Yoga program beginning on March 1. It's a four week program, participants receive a coursebook, a 4 CD set of guided meditations and poses, and class meets once a week for the 4 week duration. Should you want more info you can go to my website at www.duvalmeditation.com and click on the Mindful Yoga picture. Hope that helps and feel free to contact me should you have further questons. All my best,
Michelle DuVal www.duvalmeditation.com
I've gone ahead and removed my second/third comment from the Homeopathy thread. While it's my considered opinion that it's junk, it's true you weren't asking for opinions about the practice. Sorry about that.
dolores, I hear you. I try, oh so imperfectly, to remember this (it's from a Brian Andreas print I have on my wall): "Anyone can slay a dragon, he told me, but try waking up every morning and loving the world all over again. That's what takes a real hero."
