Breaking out of Depression.........

Okay here is my short boring story......

I have been suffering really bad for along time with depression and the boredom of my life. I have been down the road with dr.s, maybe not enough because I have heard that it takes time for the med's to work, but that's not what I need right now. What I need is to get back into circulation.
