This is a joke, right? "Tort reform" would affect 1% of the cost of insurance. The insurance companies claim 3% is what their "cut" is, but it is more like 30% of the cost of insurance, for profits and overhead for big insurance companies. Go back…

I believe tort reform would do more for our economy than any bailout. If we good get laws and lawyers under control, our economy would thrive. First thing we do is get lawyers, not their client, to have to pay for legal fees if they don't win a case.
