ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Some call the 16 missing Albuquerque women, the forgotten women. They have been missing for years, and after some were found buried on Albuquerque’s West Mesa, elected officials are calling for action.
Hi Sheila! Sorry I missed you too - my friend & I got there pretty late, so we must have missed each other...glad to here you are getting your stuff out there! That's great! Friday would be cool - I'll catch up with you later this week so we can make plans.
Also, why did this woman adopt a dog if she couldnt take care of it? I wish people would think about these things before they just take in a dog.. It is soo unfair to them for someone to just give up on them.. : (
Hi there, I am sorry to hear of the situation, but the only thing I can recomend is to do what you have done.Second Chance animal rescue, Watermelon Ranch, PACA, and there are a few others that might help. If you have no luck with any of those, I reccomend Animal Humane in Albuquerque. As a puppy, she has a great chance for adoption, and they have a great staff and decent kennels. You can also post listings on craigs list, but be very careful who you adopt to.
Best of luck!
