Thank you! Actually, we won't be looking to move in somewhere until January 1st now, so any recommendations up until then would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, I know it's probably a long shot but the month is nearing a close and I'm about to make the pivotal decision of putting in my 30 days or not in hopes of moving on to better, cheaper things. I currently live in a great 1 bedroom for $4...

I have lived in a number of places in downtown Albuquerque since the late 1970's. Here are a few of the reasons why I moved downtown to begin with and why I keep coming back: (Cue Petula Clark song!) -Tallest buildings in the state (I have loved ...

I'm sort of hoping that since she's playing with some of the Calexico guys that the sound might be as good as it was at that show...I was sad that the New Pornographers show was all unintentional reverb caterwaul a few months (years?) ago. Is thi...

Ha! That's so funny. The internet is a strange world. I haven't gotten any other responses about a writing group aside from yours yet. I might try other websites, like Craigslist or Meetup.com, for recruitment. I'll let you know if I get something together.

It is me! Hi, Monet! How are you doing? What classes are you taking this semester?

I met with Dan today to get my portfolio back and talk about Grad school. I got accepted to the MFA program at Chatham in Pittsburgh, but I think moving is out of the picture right now.

I was supposed to buy some Joan Didion the other day, but I was looking for earlier short stories for an independent study class. Any suggestions?

Excellent - the craft fair is May 31 (Saturday) 11-4. Our Gallery opening is May 16 (Friday) 5-8:30. Fab if you can volunteer, either way I hope you can come out to the festivities! If you are up for volunteering, shoot me a message, and if not definitely introduce yourself at the events. I know this is a crazybusy end of school time, so whatever works. thanks!

Hey usemoreglue! Our gallery opening and craft show (craftacular group) are quickly approaching - we know you are too swamped to have a booth, but we are looking for volunteers to help out at either event - if you are interested, shoot me a message. ;)

Well, I'm an adult (at least, to the uninformed), and I like to think of myself as entertaining...

Really, though, I'm trying to think of a good topic to start in the group. Maybe something like, "Where can I find stripper shoes for men?"

Hey Usemoreglue! Thanks for the welcome :) Coming from Seattle, the weather here so far has been excellent - WE CAN FINALLY SEE THE SUN! I only really get irritable when my meds are low :P

I should have brought some Top Pot goodness (best donuts ever!), but alas, no. Ah, their glazed old fashion was donut heaven.

We have big plans for the garden too (Basil!). Can't wait! I'm toying with the idea of growing my own hops, but I should probably start off a bit slower with the homebrewing thing, and see what I might want to grow.

so much to do...so much to do...
