So, tomorrow is Create a Great Funeral Day. Have you made any plans? Would you even know where to start?

Most people don’t have a funeral plan. They don’t want to think about it, don’t know why it’s important, or think they’ll get around to it “someday.”

Hiking the Zipper

NOB HILL--One of the benefits of having a good public transportation system is the ability to do 'point to point' urban hikes on the weekend. A five mile hike down old Route 66 is possible, and then using the Rapid-Ride bus to get back home. All around Albuquerque, parents who are missing the Martha Stewart gene are panicking. Me? I’m grateful that those years are mostly behind me, and that my contributions these days are limited to hemming, driving teens to thrift stores and fabric stores, and identifying where things are stored in the attic. Homecoming

I was never a huge Lobo's fan. I was born here in the Duke City but raised in Texas and my fingers naturally form into a Hook em Horns sign rather than a barking wolf. Having said that, I think it's time to change my home team. After winning the tickets from DCF the wife and I headed down to the field around 4 o'clock. She actually took off work early so she could make it. It was her first football game after all and I wanted her to experience it from start to finish.
