Sen. Munoz of Gallup-McKinley Co., Sen. Phil Griego of San Jose-Northern NM, & Sen. Sapien of Corrales-Sandoval voted to allow out-of-state corporations such as:

  • Wal-Mart
  • Target
  • Lowes
  • Home Depot
  • Starbucks
