Civic Cinema?

I was trying to get online info. about the Summer series films on Civic Plaza (Civic Cinema?) earlier today, with no avail. The one website that seemed to have some basic info. gave me the message that the website was at capacity with visitors at that time. I am perplexed as to why this event isn't publicized more.
