NOTE: Most bills with fiscal impacts upon state or local budgets, including this one, are not being acted upon in a very timely manner. The state's projected deficit for fiscal years 2009 and 2010 seems to be holding back activity on these bills which ask for a more level, fair method of valuation and taxation for all property owners.
