Pi Day - yeah! My favorite pi place is a little cafe on Mountain, near the the Harwood School - I can't remember the name, but all those different pies that young woman makes - just the best. I just wish the cafe had evening hours.
And about the story of New Mexico - it must be sweeps week - promise the viewer risque photos, get blurred out pix - teased again. How are we supposed to judge her qualifications for the title?

Comment by Adelita on March 14, 2013 at 9:04am Shotsie, there's a place IN the Harwood called Robin's Kitchen that makes amazing pie too!
Comment by once banned twice shy on March 14, 2013 at 9:30am Good pi can be had at the K&I.
@shotsie, sounds like you mean the little cafe in the old general store building that also sells tile? They don't have much of a website to speak of, but this certainly makes the pie look tasty...
Phil_O: that's the spot! (I had the apricot version of that blueberry custard pie - simply terrific!) When I cruised by the place, they had folk musicians jamming out front, and a sign saying "PIE" on the window, so how can you resist going in and not trying some...

Comment by AM on March 15, 2013 at 5:54pm what's with all these bozos driving into buildings? Are they wanna-be Blues Brothers, or something?
