What's going on, Albuquerque?

This building, and the photograph, reflect the mournful work that goes on inside.
That's true. Those antlers next to the outside bulb sadden me too.
It's just dreary. Exposed cinder block, chipped or otherwise battered wall above the door, a yellow (for caution?) light bulb lit via clumsy wiring, an uninviting fence,and yes, the unremarkable antlers. But that's what photography does, right? -- exposes the sad, the bad, the beautiful, the charming as the photographer intended..
Thank you. I try to take shots that move me in some way. This one saddens me for the whole state of NM. More and more I'm drawn to shots of depressed locations and people. Much loveliness in NM, much poverty too. D
