The food's pretty good, but it takes forever to get your food once you've ordered. We like Salathai on Campus and Thai Cuisine II in east Nob Hill. Dee, if you're not too keen on Thai food, you might give Thai Vegan a try--a really approachable menu. They just opened a location at Central and Solano.

Thanks Hettie- the few times I had it, the food was so filled with peanuts- every dish, even the desert! Maybe I just order wrong...
