There really was a "Market" in that building back in the early 70's.  We used to go there for items we ran out of in between the big shopping trips. The main door was on the corner. The owner of this building ran the store and also owned the apartments across the street.
The short attached building on the right used to be Nick's Barber Shop. He used to cut my hair.

Adding in- it seems like apartments were rented in the building until recently maybe. Still?
