One can only imagine how nice this home would look if it were fixed up? I'm sure it would catch the attention of alert and knowledgeable photographers like you at both ends of the spectrum.

There's so many nice houses in disrepair in this town. This one is downtown. Yet there are many that have been brought back to their previous glory. I'm always surprised that well kept houses can be right next door to abandoned ones.
