Why do none of Susana's bad acts stick to her?  She and her administration are the worst.

They don't stick because she has lots of out-of-state money, an aggressive PR machine devoted to identifying "enemies," and a divided and generally toothless Democratic Party. The kid-gloves treatment from the state's largest newspaper has got to help too.
