I posted my investigation on my blog http://www.callsummit.typepad.com that revealed Albuquerque Security Companies don't have worker's compensation insurance for their workers. I verified the results through the Worker's Compensation Administration web site on-line.

This is a huge problem and I believe that it is just the tip of the iceberg. If you work for a security company or employ one check to see if they are on the list or use the link on my blog to verify any New Mexico company's status yourself.

There's a New Deal art exhibit at the UNM Art Museum (in the building with Popejoy Hall) until May 25.

Also, there's a free lecture and sunset tour by Kathryn Flynn at Heights Community Center Thursday.

Taos Mesa and Jonnyblujeans - you must be readers of the New York Times? This line is from op-ed columnist Tom Friedman's May 4 column, Who Will Tell The People?

Just style me a Friedman fan - I think his book From Beirut to Jerusalem is a classic.

Ok, I got scolded for talking to someone privately about another website and I've seen the security blog advertising for days here...
