Wow. That is probably the most convincing UFO sighting video I have ever seen. If it's a hoax, it's a damn good one.

That's definitely the governor - I could see his power beard.

They stole one off my myspace blog ( and put it up there a couple of years ago. Fun stuff.
(For the record, I neither believe nor not believe.) (Are the grammar mavens gonna get me on that?)

But yeah, which way was this camera faced? Cuz I'm leaning toward aircraft coming in for a landing. Though, I assume this was taken from a residence, and if you live within eye- or ear-shot of the airport, you know full well all the sights and sounds and wouldn't find airplane #5,000,000 of the day to be camera-worthy. Unless you were maybe on X or qualudes.

It looks like a jet landing to me. The flashing lights on the left and the right are the nav lights, and the other lights between it are the nav lights used in dark to see the ground among other things. Not a UFO.

Video uploader says this was taken from their apartment at I-40 / Tramway... Seems a bit odd that they had not seen those planes coming in yet IF they can see planes approaching from that angle. (The runway points more toward Louisian/I-40). Was it really windy last night maybe the planes were coming in "skewed"?

I'm assuming, if it was shot near I-40 and Tramway, this aircraft was probably landing at KAFB. I've seen some large jets there flying at night. I've also seen huge white jumbo jets there that don't have any markings at all take off from the base. I'm putting on my tinfoil hat now.

Lost footage from Cloverfield?

If, as stated, the camera is near I-40 and Tramway, and I-40 is below the camera, moving more or less at right angles, the camera would be pointed WSW toward the airport and Kirtland base. Someone more familiar with that stretch of I-40 would recognize the "Running on Empty" billboard [4:15 & 5:39], the ___Lodge and the McDonald's further east along the freeway. A plane coming in right to left (POV camera) would touch down toward the western part of the runway (which appears to be substantially more than five miles from Tramway/I40 according to my hyper-accurate Yahoo map).

There appeared to be quite a bit of thermal activity in the air, especially near the ground, quite consistent with conditions that night, which would create mirage-like optical distortions that could account for the unusual appearance of the lights.

No apparent crash. No apparent intercept by Kirtland jets. No news reports. The only possible rational explanation is that we've been taken over by Zyrtog Mind Control Central, which has activated our denial circuits and turned us into a bunch of materialistic, consumer-oriented drones who are oblivious to the ravages of corporate imperialism elsewhere on the planet. Oh, wait . . . that already happened back in the late '40s, just after Roswell. But now, the Overlords have the audacity to raise our energy consumption tithe! I'm waking up! I can see&%#(%&$
