After more pondering, I figure with APD lowering their standards as they desparately look for cops, and how APD probably hires anything with a pulse, you can see there might be a few flunkies in the bunch. The cop definitely needs to be canned, and although I'm a taxpayer, I am hoping the photographer wins a million dollar lawsuit against APD over the attack because I don't know any way APD is going to learn a lesson about hiring cops who will break the law and learn to run a professional police force. It is not like taxpayer me has any way to hold APD accountable over who they hire and how APD is supposed to professionally go about their business.
