Actually it’s more like six days from today that I fly from Dallas to Albuquerque for an interview. I hate interviewing for jobs. I lost my job in 2001 after “911” as did several thousand people in Tampa, FL. The “Employment” section was thick with opportunities, but I began to wonder if there were actually jobs available. I attended job fairs where the line to get in, was outside the building to the parking lot. When I got in, the vendors quit taking résumé’s. They said to go to their web site and apply. It was difficult to tell my wife that I didn’t get the job. >>Fast forward to the present>>. I have the job, but the wife left. This interview is within the company I work for in Dallas. I’ll be flying Southwest Airlines. I got a good price for the weekend. $198.00 RT. SWest recently stated they won’t nickel and dime their customers so I don’t have to pay extra for my luggage. I had to change the date and the only charge I had to pay was the difference in the price. Nice touch. SWest

Its been awhile since I last wrote. It took the guy a while to offer me the job and then on the same day he backed off. I've been stuck in Dallas ever since
