Rise Up - The House of Bread Cometh

The first Albuquerque location of House of Bread is now open at Indian School and Carlisle near Los Poblanos Organics.

I bought a loaf of honey whole wheat and tasted a bit of the Dakota Bread - yum. Check it out for yourself. Looks like it's a franchise, with local owners.

In that handy little strip mall you can now get your organic vegetables, your ice cream, your cupcakes, your dry cleaning, your will and I believe also a haircut. What else could anyone possibly need?

My daughters have gotten good haircuts at the the Haircut Place, we love I scream Ice Cream, I like Cake Fetish better but the Cupcake place is ok. My older daughter stopped at the House of Bread after school this week and proclaimed it "not as good as Le Quiche, but still yummy"

Stopped by House of Bread and they've got good bread. The service was REALLY slow, but hopefully they'll work that out once they've been open for a while. I think this shopping center has got the perfect mix going on and it's nice to see a strip mall without a check cashing place!
Now with House of Bread added to the mix it's the perfect place to get your carb fix, sorry mombat, Cake Fetish has got nothing on the cupcakes from Cupcakeology.
