from 2002 til 2006 i walked, rode my bike, or took the bus. i had many close calls, and most of the drivers involved were totally oblivious. some of those drivers were in APD vehicles. whatever happened to looking both ways? now i drive, and i can't believe how many times i've found myself behind a vehicle pulling a trailer, and the turn signal/brakelights aren't hooked up. is there some way to report this? and if so, what happens?

You could call the police to report them, but they won't do anything about it. On the other hand you could call the DWI hotline and they'll be guilty until proven innocent. Its all up to you!
