There are a few CD that I must mention here that technically are outside the scope of my 36, but had a profound impact on my musical edumatude. I dont know what I would do without them:

David Torn - What Means Solid, Traveller?

Public Image Limited - Album (CD)

Talking Heads - Remain In Light

MIchael Hedges - Live on the Double Planet

When I first heard "What Means Solid, Traveler?" in 1998, it blew my head clean off! completely restructuring the musical direction I had been entrenched in at the time... so cool to hear that another person in ABQ holds this in high regard! Of course, all 5 of those records your list will be heard in my household.

Acids and Basses is a electronic loop based duo (sometimes trio) in which I participate, and you may find it a little interesting.

I know I am commenting on this pretty late in the game, but I just found it browsing around and could not let it slide by without a note.
