This American Life Live Simulcast in Albuquerque TONIGHT

I'm beside myself with excitement. Tonight, one night only, a live simulcast of This American Life, my all-time favorite radio show. (Did you listen to the show about testosterone? Sheer genius).

Here are the general details:
On Thursday, May 1st acclaimed radio and television host Ira Glass will bring the wildly popular show This American Life to the big screen for a one-night only event. Glass debuts never-before-seen extraordinary, funny and true stories from everyday life, shows outtakes, and answers audience questions. This exclusive theatre event will be broadcast LIVE from New York via satellite to select movie theatres nationwide. This one-night event features special guests and is presented in HD and Cinema Surround Sound.

The Albuquerque show will be tonight at 6 p.m. at Cottonwood Mall and you can still buy tickets.

See you there - and give yourself plenty of time to get to Cottonwood during rush hour.

I listen to this podcast regularly, and it never disappoints. Wish I could be there as well.

Can you buy tickets at the theater?

Christi - great question - I just called the theater and you can buy tickets tonight. The nice young man answering the phone said there are about 178 tickets left.

Thank you so much for checking! I can't wait to see the show. Funny thing is that I was JUST talking about how much I like This American Life to someone last night!

I am always really jealous of Ira Glass beacuse this is what he gets to do as a job.
Thanks for the info.
