I wonder how it gets its main supply of water? acequia? multiple hoses?  the space between rows certainly looks ample.

I think they had hoses there. I also think they give a lot of food away to street folks who need it.

I like your garden rant Aaron. I prefer to photograph gardens than to weed! D
