ABQ Pics: Land of Enchanted Murals

Have you noticed there's a lot of murals in ABQ? Or is it just me? This may be one of the oldest. A detail of a mural in the entryway of the Federal Building on Gold. I love the color in it and the hive of activity. There's more murals in the building, although cameras aren't permitted in areas. If you hang around long enough, someone might invite you to look at the beautiful courtroom upstairs. I was lucky that way.

In my research on this, it seems these murals were actually sponsored under another program like the WPA called 'The Section. Dee
