Yay!!!
That is a wonderful sight to see. Here in muggy old San Antonio, Tx, a handful of HEB grocery stores announced they would be roasting chile fresh onsite. I had to chuckle cause they described the roasters as "authentic" and I wasn't quite sure how they would have an in-authentic one.
