One hell of an example of classic Pueblo Revival architecture, that place...doesn't get enough recognition.

I recently bought a new book called "Albuquerque Deco and Pueblo" that includes lots of great vintage photos of the VA, along with other Albuquerque landmarks from the 30s-50s. It's in that great "Images of America" series from Arcadia Publishing that includes a lot of other interesting titles about Albuquerque, including a recent book about the history of Albuquerque's Parks, a collection of vintage photos of Albuquerque baseball teams, a great book about the towns of the Sandia Mountains, and several others.

Thanks Phil, I have an upcoming pic of the special collections library on Central- also a beautiful example. I'll look out for that book. D
