The westside bunch I used to ride with a few years ago was notorius for stunting both in empty lots and vacant roads .. as well as streets .. One rider imparticular known as "Smiley" was exceptionally talented and would take it up into 12's for miles .. Most impressive 12 I recall was right off the light at Coors/Tower Blvd, Smiley rode that 12 all the way, seriously all the way to Central & Coors before forced to bring it down by the traffic light. While it is fun to watch, a few of us asked, ... "In the 12 position, doesnt the oil shift and the oil pump eventually run dry?" ... If the case, not good for the engines. Also noted that some "stunt bikers" (not saying everyone) but some happen to be testing their abilities on stolen bikes, so if they wreck em, no biggie to them. Which kind of erks me in the same way I'm impressed by their skills.
