  • Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn - Husband and wife musical phenoms Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn have drawn rave reviews and fanatical fans throughout their separate careers—but when they get together on stage, it’s truly an event. Fleck, “one of the most accomplished banjo players of his time” (The New York Times), has explored virtually every genre, leading audiences through mind-blowing sets that leave them slack-jawed with wonder; and singer/songwriter/clawhammer banjo player Washburn has a “daring, infinite talent” (Wall Street Journal). See them together in this unforgettable show!
  • Cactus and Succulent Show - The Cactus and Succulent Society of New Mexico (CSSNM)  will have an exhibition of prize-winning plants along with some presentations and demonstrations during Labor Day weekend. Learn about the cold hardy plants that work well in Albuquerque landscapes, including many “non-prickly” ones, how to handle the “prickly” ones, and even learn about the edible ones. Join us for a fun and educational event.
