Duke City Dime Stories Showcase at Alamosa Books – Sunday, February 20, 2011 – The Photos
I had the opportunity on this past Sunday, February 20, 2011, to stop by Alamosa Books (8810 Holly Ave NE, in Albuquerque) and check out the Duke City Dime Stories Showcase, hosted by JeSais and Merimee Moffitt, and put on by Alamosa Books' Event Organizer, Richard Vargas. So many great stories, all under the 3 minute mark! Going through the pictures again, I love how each writer is so expressive when they read.

Rich! thanks for posting! love the black and white... and you know, a 3 minute PROSE piece is just the perfect way for a poet to dip their toe in the prose pool!
