The legendary Al Hurricane, the abrasively hilarious Gustavo Arellano, and an open taco bar at El Pinto Restaurantmade for one great night in Albuquerque.

The Weekly Alibi played host to the party celebrating the release of Arellano's new book, Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America. Arellano is the writer behind the nationally syndicated column, "¡Ask a Mexican!", and was out to talk about his new book.

Lucky for Burqueños, that meant celebrating in style at one of Albuquerque's finest restaurants and snacking on complimentary tacos and chile con queso while listening to the music of Al Hurricane.
