You wouldn't know we were doing better with all the drunks lately. Personally, I think we need to bring back the death penalty, not just for murderers but for Drunk Drivers who kill while intoxicated. But that's just me.

Tornados are scary stuff. Even those lil uns. Growing up in SE NM, I remember one summer where we had at least 6 of them, and one of them either lifted up and flew over my house, or ran close by it. You couldn't see out the windows because so much debris was flying around, so I'm not really sure what happened, but it was crazy.

I was a few blocks away the day the infamous ABQ tornado hit midtown in the late 80's. Was interesting weather to say the least.

So many of my longtime Burque friends have told me about that. I always have a hard time picturing a tornado in ABQ, which is why I'm sure it made for some very interesting weather here. I wonder when we'll get another tornado here?

Yeah. I happen to live in one. A trailer park that is. And having grown up in Texas, and a thousand Tornado Warnings blaring over radio, TV and the town loud speakers, I make the *sign of the cross* at any potential Tornado's in Albuquerque.
