What's going on, Albuquerque?

Here's what I love about Mayor Berry: he claims that Dinelli is lying when he says that the city won't enforce the minimum wage law, but then says out of the other side of his mouth that it isn't his job to enforce city ordinances. Which is it, Mayor Berry? You either ARE enforcing it or refusing to enforce it. And if the Mayor is refusing to enforce city ordinances, why is he even the Mayor? Isn't that kind of his job description? He and the city attorney are being too cute about this--and just like every other Republican these days they think that they can ignore laws they don't like. How did we get to this place?
