Morning Fix: A Case of the Mondays

THIS breaks my heart, but thankfully there are awesome people like THIS in town trying to educate and support people with good dogs (like mine!). And their calendar is pretty darn cute too!

I'll admit, I have NO IDEA who was playing (or won) that other big game yesterday....but I know that THIS was an exciting game! However, people are not buying tickets.

State Employees, Community Colleges, and Environmental Groups are, apparently, pulling out the big guns in this years legislative session.

Being packed in a warehouse with several hundred sweaty drugged out people is not my idea of a good time. Ahh, now that's more my speed.

One of our own, up for NINE academy awards. I'll admit - I watched it and enjoyed it very much.

Comment by shotsie on February 8, 2010 at 8:17am: Ah, the uneven hand of justice - a Russian nightclub owner loses his club when he holds, essentially, an underage rave (think of the poor underage girls!). Some 26 year old entrepreneur holds an illegal rave, with 700 kids in a warehouse that doesn't have enough exits, and he gets this: "The city’s public safety spokesman added, "They will be monitoring Mr. Myers for the next several months to make sure that he is properly following the law whenever he decides to have gatherings this large." Must have been a really polite older crowd....
