What I like about the Dantis saga is that the County Manager originally said Dantis verbally denied any knowledge of problems but then changed the story to Dantis didn't say anything. Nice to know that in New Mexico there is no such thing as crimes of omission. Commissioner Stebbins must be wondering why she put so much effort into an ethics policy, which seems to be the governmental equivalent of the adage "you can lead a horse to water. . .".

We have the strangest news in the land. It's part of the enchantment, I guess. Fairy dust. Quirkiness. Or Knipfing, who must be approaching a half century on the air.
