"White testified he believed he had the option of using either state or federal law to forfeit money or property. He contended officers were not required to follow state law and were free to transfer the money to federal officials using federal forfeiture law." One way that city of ABQ could save money would be to give Darren White the boot before he costs the city millions of dollars with his interesting interpretation of the law....

On a side note, I want to try one of those pickles with that awesome looking green chile cheeseburger.... (Eat the Koolaid....pickle)
